Ok, it's time, I've had it with my weight. Once again....
I'm uncomfortable and even my fat clothes are getting tight. I've known for quite a while, but was in denial. LOL. Food just tastes too good, especially all the bad stuff. So now I'm back again to cutting out carbs and basically just eating meat, eggs, veggies and salad. AND I really need to start some stomach exercises. My 41 birthday is coming up on Saturday and let's just face it, 3 kids later my stomach is definately visible.LOLOL. The c-sections certainly didn't help either. I need to dig out my Pilates tapes that actually target the stomach.
What else? Sidney started her music lessons at school, so every Thursday we are dealing with this:
It's bigger than she is, and luckily I have a big car to haul this around in. It's quite interesting. The other day she was practicing and of course hubby had to try it. OMG...the noise these two could produce on this thing. It's painful. LOLOL.

Sorry the practicing noises aren't that great. Hopefully it will get better each day! I hear you on the food. The good tasting stuff always has to be the stuff that's bad for you. Email me and we can be support buddies if you want. I JUST started back exercising this week. I need to do it today but I'm having kidney pains today. I'll do it come hell or high water though! I don't want to be fat any more.
Researchers show that after 4 or 5 months of progressive resistance training, an adult can add almost 2.50 pounds of lean muscle to their body mass and increases their overall strength by 25 to 30 percent.

Even though growing older is inevitable, engaging in physical activity and a regular exercise program can prove that age really is "just a number." Simple exercises and consistency can preserve muscle mass and even produce gains as we age
